We got home health service right now to help get my mom back on her feet. It's called Accentra, they come in several times a week. Right now, we're just trying to get physical therapy, occupational therapy, and some nursing care to gear her back, and see if we can get her independent again. I didn't have any problem with them even with the snowstorm, they all contacted and kept me updated. Their job needs a lot of flexibility because they go to people's houses, and a lot of people have other appointments, and they're really good at working with us, making sure that they come, and help with what they're supposed to, while also working within our timeframe and theirs. They're very flexible in that way, and very caring too. I have never had problems. I like them.
