"I have been coming and volunteering with Noble Health Care Center for over the last fifteen years. I have had multiple family members in this facility. And have referred many of my church family to this facility. And we have been nothing but satisfied. The staff has always been very friendly and caring. And tended to our loved ones as if they were their own family. The administration has always welcomed any suggestions and addresses any concerns immediately. Anna and Jackie are very caring hard working and have always made sure that the Residents have been taken care of and has always been available to answer any questions. I have volunteered in many homes and this is by far the best facility around. "

"My brother moved to Norman Veterans Center. It's a 24-hour round-the-clock care. The meals are excellent. It's almost one-on-one staff. They have more staff members than the patients. Everyone is very kind. They're always concerned about him. Every time they do anything, they call me. They give him an extra aspirin, and they call me. They call him by name and they treat everybody with respect. They have a little store there that you can go in and buy anything you want. They have a pond where you can go fishing. Once a week, they have a trip to Walmart if you want to go on that. If he goes to a doctor, they supply the ride to and from the doctor. They also have a huge activity room if you want to join them and do activities you can, and they have a good church service."

"My mom is at Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy Norman. She was at another place first, and they moved her into Grace last week. She would be doing rehab there. The physical appearance is pleasing. It's a nice place. My mom really likes to cook, and she loves the meals there. She has not been there very long (only a week). As far as we can tell, everything's fine. She hasn't complained or anything. The rooms are small, and she doesn't have a roommate now. It's a great fit, and she likes it there. I haven't tasted the food, but she told me every day that it's good when I talk to her on the phone. The facility is nice and clean. It's pleasing and doesn't stink."

"I've got my husband on a waiting list for Grace Living Center-Norman. They have a facility with PT, and I've been out and visited with them and talked to them, so I know they can provide the kind of care he's going to need until we can get his surgery completed. They also have skilled nursing. The staff was all very nice. I've watched interactions with the patients and it was very good. My husband likes it because they allow animals to visit the patients. My best friend's father is in there as well, and he told me the food was good. They were nice, and they took good care of him. It's an older facility, and the rooms were not huge, but they were adequate. They're large enough to get my husband's adaptive equipment in with a roommate. It was cold, so I didn't go outside in the back, but I looked outside and it looked nice. They have a place for them when it's appropriate to go outside. They don't have a lot of space in the front. In connection with Norman Public School, they have a pre-K early childhood education school. They have what they call the grand friend program instead of grandparents, where they can see the children in class through windows from their wheelchairs, and then they have an opportunity to sign up to interact with the young kids if they so choose. They have an activities director and they do church, singing, bingo, games, parties, and all of that. With the kids there and with patients visiting with their animals, I think it just has a more home-like feel."

"My brother was at Ignite Medical Resort - Norman. He had a stroke that affected his left side. He was getting physical therapy and speech therapy there. The staff members were excellent. The place was very clean. My brother's room was very nice. It's a private room. It always smelled good, and it was always clean. The activities were excellent, too. And I think he got more for his money because he only had SSI and Medicare, so it was good."

"We liked the facility when we came to look. The first thing one notices is that there is no foul odor often associated with a place of this type. We were also afraid of the Coronavirus which has been known to infect the population of homes of this type. Here they have a special hall for patients that have the virus, and they test patients when they come in and at various times through their stay.... we felt our family member would be safe at Medical Park West. The food was good and not bland or uninteresting. Our family member often requested and got a second helping. And they put baskets of wholesome treats out at the nursing desks for the patients to eat at night while watching television. We had a problem that needed a compassionate person that could understand the complexity of our situation and help us. At Medical Park West we found that person in social services. Her name is Jordan, and she was of great help to us and our family member that was staying at the facility. Jordan is a keeper! All and all, we would highly recommend this facility for a loved one."

"I have to say this nursing home feels like home knowing that it it feels like home helps a lot with keeping your family member there! I also know employees we go outta there way to help & to make anyone comfy... they have employees who have been around for years & you can tell they care.. every nursing home has there problems but I can say if this home is aware of the problems they will do what it takes to fix it.. I also believe some people have to understand it takes time to fix problems & do things the right way.. "

"My mother has been at MLE since Dec. 2021 which she has been getting wonderful service from the staff, who is very caring and helpful toward all her needs and they go the extra mile to make her making sure her cup is full of Dr. Pepper and has candy so she can snack on. Staff is always very polite and very understanding with my mother confusion. I feel this is the best place for her."

"I had a good friend that was there. The care was very slow. He could not get help, he had bathroom problems that he was embarrassed by because he couldn't control them, he couldn't get help with it, and I was not impressed with Grace at all. The staff was very slow and not as skilled as they were in the other two places. He fussed because they were filling water pitchers with a cup that they had used on everything else, and they'll use the cup to dip for ice to fill the water pitchers. He was not happy about that. "

"I'm currently in rehab at Accel at Crystal Park. I have been very pleased. The therapist seemed to know what needs to be done, they're very personable and helpful and caring. So I have no problems. My room is very nice, it's a private room and has a mini-fridge in it, which I've enjoyed having. They keep it extremely clean, they clean every day and it's a very nice room. I think they do a great job with the food. I'm not saying I've always liked what's offered, but there are always at least two choices for the main entree, and then choices for different vegetables and bread. So I usually can find something I like, there are more choices than I had expected. The main thing is the physical therapy, they have a very large room they call a gym. From what I've observed, the activities are for each individual, they have different things and group activities also. I've been very pleased with the care I've received here. Everyone's friendly, so I would say it's got a positive atmosphere."

"We had to place my mother recently with Golden Rule for Skilled Nursing Care. We were so anxious but could not be more pleased with the care she has received. These are truly loving and compassionate people, from the nursing staff to the therapists. They cared for our mother as if she were there own. "

"Problems from day one. My mother who could not swallow was given ice water twice in the first week that we witnessed. That could have killed her. About 3 weeks in I stopped by for a visit only to find mother laying in urine soaked clothes and bed. Her personal belongings disappeared frequently. The CNA's were useless and frequently took 30 minutes to answer the call button. Nurses made it clear that it was not their job to help patients go to the bathroom. Mom had a bad fall there and was rushed to hospital. Mom contracted several infections during her 8 week stay including UTI's and pneumonia. After 8 weeks instead of recovering, she went back into the hospital in worse shape than before. I could go on and on with the mistakes and lack of care and incompetency I saw there but I hope you get the picture. I would never take a loved one there again. "

"My mother liked Sienna so much that she returned for a second visit. The staff is courteous and caring. Anytime she needed something or had a question to answer they did their best to respond. She loves the food & that she has a choice. The rooms are nice size & clean. The public areas are always spotless when we visit. Sienna has wonderful activities for the residents to participate in if they wish. 5/5"
