"I have been coming and volunteering with Noble Health Care Center for over the last fifteen years. I have had multiple family members in this facility. And have referred many of my church family to this facility. And we have been nothing but satisfied. The staff has always been very friendly and caring. And tended to our loved ones as if they were their own family. The administration has always welcomed any suggestions and addresses any concerns immediately. Anna and Jackie are very caring hard working and have always made sure that the Residents have been taken care of and has always been available to answer any questions. I have volunteered in many homes and this is by far the best facility around. "

"My mom is at Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy Norman. She was at another place first, and they moved her into Grace last week. She would be doing rehab there. The physical appearance is pleasing. It's a nice place. My mom really likes to cook, and she loves the meals there. She has not been there very long (only a week). As far as we can tell, everything's fine. She hasn't complained or anything. The rooms are small, and she doesn't have a roommate now. It's a great fit, and she likes it there. I haven't tasted the food, but she told me every day that it's good when I talk to her on the phone. The facility is nice and clean. It's pleasing and doesn't stink."

"I've got my husband on a waiting list for Grace Living Center-Norman. They have a facility with PT, and I've been out and visited with them and talked to them, so I know they can provide the kind of care he's going to need until we can get his surgery completed. They also have skilled nursing. The staff was all very nice. I've watched interactions with the patients and it was very good. My husband likes it because they allow animals to visit the patients. My best friend's father is in there as well, and he told me the food was good. They were nice, and they took good care of him. It's an older facility, and the rooms were not huge, but they were adequate. They're large enough to get my husband's adaptive equipment in with a roommate. It was cold, so I didn't go outside in the back, but I looked outside and it looked nice. They have a place for them when it's appropriate to go outside. They don't have a lot of space in the front. In connection with Norman Public School, they have a pre-K early childhood education school. They have what they call the grand friend program instead of grandparents, where they can see the children in class through windows from their wheelchairs, and then they have an opportunity to sign up to interact with the young kids if they so choose. They have an activities director and they do church, singing, bingo, games, parties, and all of that. With the kids there and with patients visiting with their animals, I think it just has a more home-like feel."

"My brother was at Ignite Medical Resort - Norman. He had a stroke that affected his left side. He was getting physical therapy and speech therapy there. The staff members were excellent. The place was very clean. My brother's room was very nice. It's a private room. It always smelled good, and it was always clean. The activities were excellent, too. And I think he got more for his money because he only had SSI and Medicare, so it was good."

"I have to say this nursing home feels like home knowing that it it feels like home helps a lot with keeping your family member there! I also know employees we go outta there way to help & to make anyone comfy... they have employees who have been around for years & you can tell they care.. every nursing home has there problems but I can say if this home is aware of the problems they will do what it takes to fix it.. I also believe some people have to understand it takes time to fix problems & do things the right way.. "

"My wife and I first visited when we knew her mother would be coming from California and would need to be a nursing or assisted living facility. She is now a resident and we have visited multiple times, including arriving in the middle of the night. It is always clean; there is always an abundance of staff members available and willing to help. They have been very kind to my mother in law and helped her to adjust to her new surroundings, and helped us to know how to help her as well. "

"I had a good friend that was there. The care was very slow. He could not get help, he had bathroom problems that he was embarrassed by because he couldn't control them, he couldn't get help with it, and I was not impressed with Grace at all. The staff was very slow and not as skilled as they were in the other two places. He fussed because they were filling water pitchers with a cup that they had used on everything else, and they'll use the cup to dip for ice to fill the water pitchers. He was not happy about that. "

"I'm currently in rehab at Accel at Crystal Park. I have been very pleased. The therapist seemed to know what needs to be done, they're very personable and helpful and caring. So I have no problems. My room is very nice, it's a private room and has a mini-fridge in it, which I've enjoyed having. They keep it extremely clean, they clean every day and it's a very nice room. I think they do a great job with the food. I'm not saying I've always liked what's offered, but there are always at least two choices for the main entree, and then choices for different vegetables and bread. So I usually can find something I like, there are more choices than I had expected. The main thing is the physical therapy, they have a very large room they call a gym. From what I've observed, the activities are for each individual, they have different things and group activities also. I've been very pleased with the care I've received here. Everyone's friendly, so I would say it's got a positive atmosphere."

"Problems from day one. My mother who could not swallow was given ice water twice in the first week that we witnessed. That could have killed her. About 3 weeks in I stopped by for a visit only to find mother laying in urine soaked clothes and bed. Her personal belongings disappeared frequently. The CNA's were useless and frequently took 30 minutes to answer the call button. Nurses made it clear that it was not their job to help patients go to the bathroom. Mom had a bad fall there and was rushed to hospital. Mom contracted several infections during her 8 week stay including UTI's and pneumonia. After 8 weeks instead of recovering, she went back into the hospital in worse shape than before. I could go on and on with the mistakes and lack of care and incompetency I saw there but I hope you get the picture. I would never take a loved one there again. "

"We were very pleased with the care our loved one received. We visited at different times almost everyday. Of course this is a dementia care facility with state/federal guidelines for the safety and comfort of all the patients. Our loved one was well cared for and "loved on" for 2 years. The staff was caring and efficient. They met our expectations and made accommodations for our requests and needs. The room was always clean and so was our loved one. A memory care facility is not like home but we were grateful for the care they offered."
