Robert had limited care needs when he got home, and while the nurse who came in to do wound care was incredible, the PT and OT that came in weren't as helpful. I liked his regular nurse, she was wonderful. I also had great experiences with the manager.

They are really great. It has nothing to do with the services, but we still have some disconnection since my dad wants to stay at home, but it's been a struggle to stay home. I would tell them that they genuinely care about their clients. One of the nurses who would come had to leave for a while, and during the time she was gone, she called to see how we were doing. It was above and beyond.

One thing they have done is have good communication and excellent care for my parents. One thing I like about them is that they are very reliable.

My mother-in-law has dementia so they only send one person, and that's great. They text my caregiver constantly interrupting my care.

We have one girl who is pretty good when she is here, but the substitutes are not as good. It's really hard to get employees that are good in every aspect. I think they are doing they best they can do with what they have to work with.

We are very independent. There are times when she doesn't like having anybody there. That is natural. I think in the beginning, it depended on the people who came. Overall, I am very pleased with them. I have no problem with them. I like the people I have dealt with. If I have something serious I have to discuss, I try to get a hold of Jeremy. He is very helpful.

I would say that they can make my life easier by hopefully the caregiver that I have now she is really good she has only been here a couple of times. I really like them but, I would say one thing that is bothering me is that I gave the name of the insurance company to them and they have not called me or let me know what was going on about getting the insurance company so they can get paid I don't understand that they do not want to get paid.

They worked with me and we have changed hours and days and we stopped for a while and they have always taken care of the needs. They have been able to work with me giving me what I want and what my mom needs. We have changed schedules a lot.

I would like there to be a meet and greet before the care actually begins, so everything is clear between the client and caregivers. I like that we can get someone on short notice and that the caregivers are Christian for the most part.

I couldn't do without the caregivers. Some of their scheduling has been difficult to deal with. For a while they did needed more caregivers, and a couple of the caregivers were not adequately trained. They are receptive when I call with a problem.
