We are using Mercy Home Health for my mother and they've done a great job with her. We have a nurse and a personal aide coming in, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and they've all been great with her for the last couple of weeks so we're very pleased. The scheduling is great too, and right now, Medicare is taking care of all of the charges. They're very patient with her, prompt, and they're kind and considerate. The caregivers are knowledgeable and they are helping her to get better. All in all, it's been a good experience.

My husband used Mercy Hospice. They would come and check on him, clean him, and provide compassionate care. They were understanding for him and provided compassion and understanding for me. They cared about his comfort, and they made me feel like they were very compassionate about how he was taken care of. I could not ask for any better care than what they had given me and him. I would recommend Mercy Hospice as a very compassionate and caring organization and nurses. They came to my house to take care of my husband. It was excellent care.

Before my father passed, he wanted to be able to stay home. We got Mercy At Home Hospice through Mercy Hospital. We liked it and it worked out really well. The caregivers and nurses would come out to check on him. I would recommend them to others.
