Tender Hearts was recommended to us by a lady in our church. I found them to be very easy to work with and very conscientious. They provide good employees. Some caregivers are really great like superstars. I can't say enough on how nurturing, sweet and wonderful they were. There were some instances where I had to contact the management and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. I was happy with the service.

They were referred to us by the retirement home that my parents were moving to. The management team is extremely tuned in and very accessible to us. The schedulers and the nurses are very aware of what's going on. The caregivers are extremely well screened and well trained. They seemed to trully care about my parents. They have notes and write down all the issues that may have occurred during the past 24 hours. All the caregivers coming on to their shift referred to the notes all the time and that's very impressive.

We used Tender Hearts for 2 years. My father already passed away. They were fine and very good in taking care of my father. We were very satisfied with them.

My sister did some research and learned about Tender Hearts. Dan blew us away with the way he was involved with the whole process. We were really impressed with him and started with the staff. The staff was just awesome. We used them for over a year.
