The caregiver was fantastic with my mother. I loved the caregiver helping my mother, as she was fabulous, but Arosa's administration was horrendous. The communication was great when I started but got worse when Joan left.

I think it's been very valuable for me and my mom. It's just nice knowing mom has someone with her during the day to help her with everything she needs while I'm at work. I like that they are very nice people and they follow through with whatever they say. They are dependable.

My mom is easy. She just wants her laundry done, but the caregiver refused to do the laundry on the day she wanted to. She would say that she was tired or that she would do it next time or that she didn't have enough clothes to do laundry. She was verbally not nice to my mom. Once, someone didn't come but Joanne came instead. They kept changing directors. The last director was awesome. There was never enough help. They sent out a caregiver who was sweet but not appropriate for my mother.

I would have liked them to show up when we needed them. They couldn't fulfill our requirements for the weekends.

They stay ten hours a day and do everything from cooking to cleaning to laundry. I would recommend them because my parents have very unique needs and they've made that possible. Arosa was able to find Russian-speaking caregivers.

I do not know what her schedule is each week and there is lack of communication. But other than that, it is good. The communication needs to be better. The owner and social worker are super nice and helpful.

My mother passed away and I called to let them know, but they did not inform her so she came anyways. They need to have more communication and a sense of urgency.
