The hardest thing is changing the sheets, and she does that. She makes the bed, does the mopping, and cleans the bathroom. I don't like the agency, but I like the aide. The agency won't call, but my aide called to tell me she wouldn't be there.

We had to move her to a nursing home, and the nursing home was not looking after mom well enough. Homewatch CareGivers would come at night and made sure she was getting the care that she needed. I like that the caregivers were on time and were always courteous and dressed professionally.

The caregiver does a great job at taking care of my husband's physical care and notifies me when things need to be purchased. They can do a couple of things to improve. They fail to notify me if there is either a schedule change or schedule timed where a caregiver won't come. I need to alter my work schedule to make sure that my husband gets taken care of. If I don't know ahead of time, I'll have to miss an entire work day.

We've been using Homewatch for some time now. A couple of people they sent didn't work out and were promptly replaced. Then we started working with Iris and she has been fantastic. My wife has a lot of needs and Iris is patient with her and handles her needs very well. Also, they go above and beyond, being flexible in scheduling when our schedule forces different needs and recently when I was in the hospital they arranged for additional services to care for my wife. We are very pleased with Homewatch!

Homewatch staff have given care for approximately for one year . The staff are caring and professional. My wife has Parkinsons and she requires extra care. homewatch has provided the extra care If and when minor problems occur , Tiffany and Shelia have responded and resolved the problem in a timely manor, I would recommend homewatch should you need care for your self or a loved one

I am very pleased with Homwatch Caregivers. Their staff and employees are very helpful and considerate and I always see them as caring people. I've never seen them with moody attitudes, They always seem to want to help with any request that i may have had concerning my mom. One of the employees didn't mind at all helping my mom find her charger for her phone because I wasn't able to speak with her or making sure her television is working properly. I've never had an issue with Homewatch Caregivers and I think they go the extra mile if you ask me. The Operations Manger Sheila L. has been very helpful to me and my family caring for my mom.
