Denise and her company were my mothers caregivers and I highly recommend them to everyone and know some people that I recommended that were as pleased and astonished as I was as to how great they are. My mother was blind and overweight and a diabetic. When denise started with us she changed my mothers life from sad to happy. Denise and her company are brilliant, kind,thoughtful, loving caregivers. Just knowing denise was coming made my mothers day. She was very intuitive to my mom's needs and could change any situation into a pleasant one because they put my mothers needs in the highest regard. Denise trained every caregiver that came to take care of my mom and each brought different talents for example one did my moms hair and one taught my mother how to finger crochet. She made a blanket for everyone and was so proud. They always arrived on time and if one could not come there was a backup. My mother loved denise so much she called her her daughter, denise was with my mom till the end holding her hand.

Denise became a part of our family through her time caring for my mother who had ALS. She is amazing and reliable. She adapted her style based on my moms comfort and was very proactive about her care. We trusted her immensely. She was with my mom as my mom took her last breath - she is a special person. We are forever grateful for her!

Extended Family of Lowell is an amazing company. They're very reliable. For a company that been open for the amount of time they been open I recommend contacting them. I felt like we were Family to them. They truly go by the name of their company. Extended Family give us updates and made sure they contact us to see how they were doing. When we asked them for help with my moms ADLs it was always done and she always look good. I really hope if you need care contact the best Home Health company ever.

I reached out to Denise when my mother broke her hip. I got a very quick response and immediately felt at ease about my mother’s post rehab care. My mother loved Denise and her team and they made her recovery so much easier. It’s hard when something happens to your parent when you aren’t local and Extended Family of Lowell gave me the peace of mind that I so desperately needed.

Denise and her staff are a gift from above. Denise goes above and beyond for all her clients and views them as family. I watch the way Denise and her staff spend time with my mom and help her with anything she needs. This allows me to recharge anf do what I need to do knowing mom is in great hands. They communicate wonderfully keeping me updated on anything I need to know. They are always on time and they make themselves available. I would recommend extended family of lowell to anyone who is in need of help caring for a loved one.

I hired Extended Family of Lowell to transport me from the hospital and take care of me for the day after surgery, and they get my absolute highest praise. Denise surpassed my expectations from the very beginning, greeting me at the hospital with a warm welcome and a private driver. She was more than happy to do anything I asked, and went out of her way to be helpful even when I did not ask. She is a very kind person and a pleasure to be around, and all at a very fair price. I recommend Denise and Extended Family 100%.

Having a family member diagnose with ALS was the hardest thing we had ever endured. Knowing we found the perfect fit to help us through this difficult time was a blessing.At home care was amazing. Denise at Extended Family of Lowell provided outstanding care and companionship to my father and our entire family. She is skilled at transfers (from sitting to standing or to bed), cueing patients with mobility issues, physical therapy reminders and assistance, medication reminders, and meal prep. More than that, she became a trusted confidant for my Dad. We had many caregivers, but Denise was the one who went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time.
