My mom is still using Comfort Keepers. We have been with them for almost a year-and-a-half now. It is OK. I have had a couple of billing issues, but overall, the care is fine. They help my mom with light laundry, cooking, trips to the store, visitations with family members, bathing, and light house duties. My mom is comfortable with the caregiver.

Comfort Keepers worked with my mom for about five months. They assisted her with dressing and eating. I wasn't really pleased with the caregivers as I had some issues. I had a really good one but she had moved away to Virginia, but I wasn't really happy with the other ones. The billing was fine, but with scheduling, we had some issues with laziness. I was just displeased, and they're below average. They need to improve on dependability.

We used Comfort Keepers for about a month. We are not using them now, but if I had any trouble, I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them. Comfort Keepers were with my dad the whole month before he passed away. They made the transition really nice. They were helping out with a lot of things. They were cooking small meals for him, they were feeding him, and they were even tidying the house a little bit. Towards the end, he was in hospice and ended up being bedridden, and they pretty much did everything. I was 100% satisfied. There was one instance when one of the techs didn't show up, and then, the tech that had been with him for a long time, she actually came within an hour to cover the shift. It was really awesome as she came for seven days in a row. Comfort Keepers is definitely worth it. It is also nice because they would do housekeeping and cooking. They took care of my dad and they took him to his appointments. They did everything. Well, my mom is not actually in the best of health right now, she is doing well so far, but I would use Comfort Keepers to work with her. I would definitely use them again if need be.

My mother used Comfort Keepers for about two months. They provided companion care and some assistance with my mother's daily activities such as bathing, meal prep, and medication reminders. Her caregivers were pretty good. We liked at least a couple of them. Unfortunately, they were unable to stay and provide services. Billing and scheduling were good.

We had used Comfort Keepers for a couple of months. It was a good care for my grandfather. They provided companionship for 12 hours a day. The caregivers were nice and very helpful. They were caring and giving. They took time out to care for my grandfather. They treated him like a family member.

Everyone that I had from Comfort Keepers was wonderful. I was very comfortable with every one of them. Each individual one had their own way, but I really like all of them. I had them for quite a while. They were all good. The scheduling was fine, and the billing was right on top of it, so there was no problem.

Comfort Keepers took care of my mom. They were good. They made sure she had her meals, they walked with her, they kept her company, and they kept her mind active. Everyone kept accurate records because when the caregiver came, they called in. The billing was accurate, too.

I started with Comfort Keepers since March. It is pretty good. Patricia vacuums the rug a little bit, she cooks my dinner, she goes to the store, and she picks up things that I need. She isn't a college but she is nice and she will do I ask her to do easily. Billing and scheduling is good. Patricia is punctual.

My grandmother has been using Comfort Keepers since December. They're mainly providing companion care, and they are helping with some small household duties like laundry. The caregiver is also combing my grandmother's hair and getting her out of the house. She is fine. We have the same one all the time, she is pretty good, and I like her. Billing and scheduling is fine, too. It is pretty consistent. Comfort Keepers seem pretty good. The aides and caseworkers are nice. For my particular situation, I just wish there was more flexibility with scheduling, but I totally understand where they're coming from, so it is not a deal breaker. They are pretty good with communication. They keep us informed like if a caregiver couldn't make it.

About Comfort Keepers of Annapolis, MD in Annapolis, Maryland
We’ve reached a new age of caring for our loved ones. While the options to go to a nursing home or assisted living facility still exist, there is now a much better way our seniors can seek support. In home care is growing in popularity of many reasons. It allows seniors who seek it to stay close to the ones they love as well as a space that is familiar. Those who choose to receive assistance at home can also preserve their freedom and privacy much more effectively, while remaining safe.
Our agency is ready with a selection of services to fully help seniors ‘age in place’ successfully. These services are put together in a plan that is tailored to your loved one’s exact needs and preferences.
When it comes to your senior’s in home care plan, it can be arranged so our caregivers visit their home for just a few hours a week, or a few hours daily. There is also 24 hour care available for those with more extensive needs, or families requiring short term emergency help.
