We have help from Helping Hands. They sit with my mother, do housekeeping, make sure that she eats, and helps her bathe. Dad handles everything else. Most of the caregivers are OK. There has only been one that we had to ask not to come back. Then we have some excellent ones too. They aren't always the same person. So it is a little hard on mom when she has different people coming in. There has been a couple that is really good and know how to handle dementia patients.
