We have Visiting Angels of Springfield that come twice a week. They come and help with light housekeeping. They walk my dog, they bring in the mail, they take out the trash, and all things that are a little difficult for us to do. We also have housecleaner. The caregivers are excellent and they're well-coordinated from their office. So we get a lot of support from them, and we've been very pleased. They do an excellent job with scheduling and billing.

The night girls just sat there. The day girls had to clean everything up. They didn't like cleaning the dog's room. They complained because the dog's room smelled. Of course it smelled, if they were just putting pads over pads. We had to put a lock on the door because some things were not left in their same place. They never questioned me about why I was getting after the girls. I would have liked to tell them that these girls were not well trained.
