The Ability Home Care was not as good as the other agency we used. I used them through the Council of Aging, where they would provide eight hours per week. I was not pleased with them. The nursing assistant was fine because we wanted a male for my dad. He was OK, but the agency themselves don’t function very well from my point of view. I only used them because they have that male nursing assistance; other than that, I would not recommend them very highly.
