I have used Concierge Care beginning in 2020. I am completely satisfied. I am always well taken of by the owner, the manager, and the person who manages my caregivers. When possible, my requests are honored. My caregivers learn my routines and adapt to my choices, and we have a great time together. When I have errands or medical appointments, we use my or the caregiver's car. Often I will ask my caregiver to attend my medical appointments with me. I can't ask for anything more than what they happily provide

I used the services and am really sorry I did. The office staff is not organized. The scheduler is always in a rush.This company needs some real help in the field the caregivers try so hard to keep thing together but when you are treated badly it makes a difference in the care you receive. Go Back to school learn some professionalism and how to deal with the needs of your patients.

Not impressed at all! Much work needed to get this company run properly. Have unfortunately experienced a lot of issues with the care of our loved one over a considerable amount of time.

I would highly recommend Concierge - I wouldn't have been able to get through taking care of my Mom without them. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The home health aides (and I have known 40 over four years) have all been in rating category superbe to superior to adequate. Former administrations have not always met those ratings, and in some cases proved to be an embrassement to deal with because serious short comeings in professionsal behavior. Thre have been occasional gliches in accounting which have caused some inconveniences, and requieres close attention to accounting.
