While speaking to my sister via FaceTime I’m appalled at the employee that was to follow the care plan and and the lack of care and apparent anger this caregiver had. Being on her phone while supposedly caring for a handicapped person is NOT acceptable. Coming into someone’s home and demanding how things will run not acceptable. Left milk out of refrigerator as it’s not her job to put away?! Claiming asthma and other ailments so that she cannot perform duties. This is not acceptable care at all.

Our experience with ComForCare Senior Services was really good, but the last girl that we had didn't want to do anything; she just sat there and watched TV. We had four different ones, and they worked out really great. They helped with basic things like helping my mother take a bath and just assisting her around the house. I would recommend them. The very first gal who showed up did an excellent job. She was well liked, and she was good at what she did.

ComforCare was recommended to me and we've been with them for almost a year now. The caregivers were all wonderful. My mother seemed to settle on one caregiver. At first we had a variety of people coming but they were all good. My mother only needs their services twice a week so it took awhile to established who she really liked the best. My husband and I recently went away for 5 days and we needed somebody 24 hours and the caregiver was wonderful in taking care of my mom. She assists my mom with showering and makes sure that my mom is comfortable with the bed linen. She helps with the laundry, cooks for her and takes her out for walks to have fresh air. She takes her to the doctor's appointment or to have her nails done which is good for my mother because she likes that. She always encourages her to get up and does it in a nice way without being assertive. My mother can be difficult but she just seemed to have developed good rapport with her. I can really trust her which is really important to me. She is very thorough and a nice person.
