I have Apex Home Healthcare. They're very prompt. The work that they do with me is a work that is on target with what my body needs. The occupational therapist has me doing exercises or trying to do exercises that are relevant to what I need without pain. I like that part. They're addressing my needs. They're very good at what they do. They can relate to a lot of what they told me about my life. We kind of met on even terms as far as life experiences.

Apex Home Healthcare was my home healthcare provider for the period of Mar and Apr 2015. Apex is riddled with bureaucratic overload. I think their management has lost sight of their mission. They also employ a very inconsiderate male RN who thinks his word is law. I find Apex to be over managed to the point where they hold staff meetings rather than of put workers with the paitients at the appropriate time. They are also quick to try and get the patient to use his or her own supplies, or to task the patient's spouse or other family menters with care related tasks. The three visiting nurses who cared for me were excellent and total professionals. It is my opinion they work under less than desireable conditions caused by a failure in leadership. I cannot recommend Apex Home Healthcare without seeing significant improvement in management's relationship with the paitent and demonstrated greater concern for their employees.
