We used Visiting Angels to come in and do the housework and things like that, but they got too expensive. They went up to $25 an hour. They're way too expensive for us. They do all in-home care that a person is unable to do, like the washing, the vacuuming, and the cleaning. I have Parkinson's, so I can't do much. They're very expensive for what you get. It isn't worth $25 and I wouldn't even pay them $10. The service was so lousy. They need to improve their help and they need to hire capable people that come here to work instead of just sitting around.
