the nurses are what you would expect most are good some are outstanding a few were sub par due to high turn over I belive . Problem is managements lack of communication , on going issues that we addressed with them kept reoccurring ,there responce " oh we didn't know" not acceptable when it been discussed several times . Could be great with the right people in the office with more hands on experience actually on the job nursing . If you use PTHC set up email communication and document your needs and concerns , with that all should be good. At this time they don't use a back up service so there are times when you don't have service. They say they are addressing it, but ask about it before you decied. Hope this helps.
