A Life at Home is very good. The caregivers are professional, prompt, and know what they're doing when they come in. I chose them because I had them before and they had some caregivers that I liked. The agency is very responsive.

A Life at Home takes a personal interest in the patient and family. They provide all necessary help cheerfully, thoroughly, with professional efficiency. They are quick to cover unexpected needs. They have high expectations for the quality of the support they provide.

My care requires a level of understanding that few can obtain. Susan has stood by me through some very dark days and daily improves my quality of life where as beforehand my life has deteriorating. Wihtout her I would have continued to deteriorate, instead she continues to help me turn my life around and shows me what I am truly capable of. She has helped me save my life.

I am Orville's daughter. My father receives services five days a week from your organization, four of those from Rose. I recently visited and had the opportunity to view first hand the care and assistance he receives. While I had heard about “Rose”, I had not met or spoken with her. What a delight she is! Both my children and I instantly bonded with her and I can say, unequivocally, that I returned to Los Angeles content in the knowledge that my father is in great hands. She is cheerful, competent, and most importantly, very attentive. Even though we told her at times to relax, she just couldn’t – she made maximum use of her time, ensuring that everything was completed and that my father had what he needed until the next visit. My only regret is that she is unavailable for the fifth day. I cannot tell you how difficult it is to live 3,000 miles away as my parents age. Knowing that someone like Rose takes care of them (she also provides that oh-so-needed break for my mother to get out of the house!) gives me great peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Rose – you are lucky to have someone like her represent your organization. Thank you for all that you do for my father.
