In September 2024, I reached out to Comfort Keepers as my family urgently needed care for my father, as we assisted mom through an accelerated surgery process. The timing for this surgery was quickly upon us. Selecting care providers in a rushed manner is NOT our preferred method of decision making. That said, the Comfort Keepers team were so supportive and helpful in working through our situation. The intake process and then finding the right caregivers to start immediately was swift yet compassionate. Exactly what our circumstances required. From the moment we reached out, their team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs. The New Castle office team is genuinely passionate about providing the best care possible. They took the time to understand our situation and continue to tailor their services to meet our specific requirements. Recently a time came in my mother's life when she needed assistance and needed to turn to a local service that we felt comfortable with. Jamie and her staff immediately provided that feeling and were very attentive to my mother's needs and wishes. They helped her through that difficult time with understanding, kindness, and respect. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone that needs additional care and wishes to remain in their home. Thank you Comfort Keepers of Delaware.

Comfort Keepers of Wilmington Delaware has been great. The people they've sent here for my mother-in-law have done a good job, so we're happy. They just provide her with companionship. The billing is fine. I give them a credit card and they send me a statement weekly and they bill the credit card weekly. We're just very happy with the caregiver.

My mother has been cared by Comfort Keepers for over 5 years. The care that she has received has been wonderful. The caregivers are terrific. The office keeps us informed of any changes of caregivers that are scheduled to watch my mother.
