We are using Compassionate Community Care - San Francisco, CA for my husband. The executive director and the accountant are very honest, and they do great paperwork with the insurance company. They're really good at dealing with CalPERS long-term care, which is the long-term care insurance for state employees of California. CalPERS has millions of laws that it's very hard to comply with them. Compassionate Community Care is providing my husband with all self-care skills like toileting, bathing, medication reminders, dressing, and ambulation. The caregiver is fantastic. The first two caregivers, no, but the third caregiver is hardworking. It's a very difficult job, but he does the job. Billing and scheduling are perfect. The accountant does everything because to get paid by the long-term care insurance, everything has to have an invoice, everything has to have hours, and you have to prove that they have at least two daily living skills that they can't do. I have to keep records, but Compassionate Community Care managed to do the records electronically. It's a very hard job what they do. The caregivers have to be here, and they have to call in on my phone.
