The consistency of the person being there on time and punctual. If there is a problem, they have the ability to have a replacement coming for my mom. I like the communication with managers.

The services are very helpful. I am not able to do things physically, so my caregiver helps me do things for the day. I am pleased with the services and that the people accept me. I like the follow-up that they do.

If we didn't have them, we wouldn't be able to go one. They help with everything. They have helped with transferring. I like that we have good communication.

The agency was very good about sending out a good caregiver and they moved things around to take her off other assignments to allow her to work with us. I really liked the representative. She was very flexible. She worked very fast on finding people for us and took the time to understand who we were and who my wife was.
