The response when I call the office is immediate. In the beginning, there was an enormous practical impact. My condition has improved dramatically. I'm showering on my own and walking on my own. It's good to have another person around.

The caregiving staff and their response to my needs, and the follow-through, make the experience positive. I don't know that I would be able to cope at all without that. I think the people who work there make it easy to recommend, and I was lucky enough to get good caregivers. I think the customer service is really good. Everyone seems to respond to difficult situations.

I told the owner Kevin I had trouble taking the mattress. He came out with a friend to help take the mattress. They're very personable. They're so good to me.

I think it's been good and there's been consistent coverage. The company we used before would send somebody and that person wouldn't show up. The office personnel has been very helpful and the only main issue my dad has is the young lady they sent is about 22 years old, so it's kind of awkward.

The agency was very good about sending out a good caregiver and they moved things around to take her off other assignments to allow her to work with us. I really liked the representative. She was very flexible. She worked very fast on finding people for us and took the time to understand who we were and who my wife was.
