It has been a positive experience because we wanted her to get out of the house and get companionship and it seems like she enjoys them. I think making it easier to communicate with the caregivers from Arosa in real-time and see who is assigned to work with her in real-time would help. There is no easy way for me to see who is assigned and communicate with them easily. The cost is also high and there is a minimum shift of four hours.

The caregivers that have not been a good fit need to know more about cooking. One caregiver cooks the same not so good thing every day. One caregiver was so overweight that she could barely walk. The quality of the caregivers could be better.
