We've had a couple from Peaceful Hearts that were like 3 24-hour day cares but it just didn't seem to work out. They could do what was required but there wasn't any compatibility. They have kept trying to make sure that we get someone that's compatible and we'll keep trying until we get somebody. We've had several that had been really good care people from them and I would say that they're very watchful and they are not afraid to ask if she needed something else to drink or if she needed to go to the restroom. They're right there ready to help at a moment's notice. It's basically with personal care, getting her up in the morning and dressed and cleaned in the evening, getting ready for bed, helping her to the restroom, making some meals, dressing her.

I hired the services of Peaceful Hearts Home Care for my husband's needs. The agency was very good. We had two caregivers 24/7 and my husband was compatible with them. He got one on one attention and they went to the therapy he was given. The agency gave me confidence to confide to them with regards to the caregivers.
