Portage County had people for rehab and people who stayed. They did a good job, and I recovered quite fast. The rooms were very clean; they came every day to clean. The location was good for me, and the landscaping was always taken care of.

We chose Portage Cty Hlth Care Center for my dad. It's very clean. The nurses who are taking care of my dad are very on top of things on a daily basis. The rooms are clean. They do a good job with the physical and occupational therapies that my dad needs to do on a regular basis.
