While in the area, we visited the Primrose Residential Facility as a living option for our aunt. The backyard featured many places for seniors to enjoy in a park-like settings with lush trees and manicured lawns. The interior design was fresh and bright with fresh air and light and nice views. The senior's private dwellings were decorated tastefully with a homey atmosphere, lots of light and nice views. The bathrooms were spacious and designed with safety in mind. The menus included interesting dishes, as well as American home-style cooking. Snacks throughout the day are offered and whenever residents ask for them. Foods looked and smelled delicious, as well as healthily prepared. The main dining room was comfortable and spacious. The residents are treated to a nice casual restaurant setting. The exercise center offers equipment to use and includes daily yoga and aerobics exercise classes. Seniors can also safely navigate the outer paths. The calendar of events included many stimulating activities like fun ways to exercise with nature walks and the opportunity to enjoy all of the culture that Milwaukee has to offer. The kind and competent staff took good care of the residents that we saw. It was clear that the seniors enjoy living in this stimulating, yet tranquil environment.
