My husband was a past resident at this facility. I will forever regret my decision to have him admitted there. CNA s & Nurses for the most part tried to care for him with little or no communication from administration. He suffered from dementia, which the majority of CNA s were Not even made aware of. medications were not administered correctly. His diet was rarely correct. because of staff shortage, response to call light was extremely slow. there were very few mornings where he was cleaned up. I would change his clothes as best I could. After spending pretty much Every day with him, I would cry on my way back home. I could go on & on, but I would advise anyone considering having their loved ones go here, is to not take them here.

I requested a single room but was told none were available and so had to share a room with a person who ran her TV 24/7 despite my requests not to and often left her light on all night long. The toilet bowl contained 'POOP most every day. I was told the toilets were old. I sometimes had to use a plunger myself. The meals were erratic in arriving--breakfast could be from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Food was often more like slop than meals. The CNAs were overworked and it often too long times before response to cal buttons The OT and PT people were very professional and helpful as was Kassidy in admissions/departures. I saw bugs on the ceiling and floors which staff 'POOH-POOHED'. A terrible stay!

I stayed at The Villa at Middleton Village. It was very nice, had good service, and was very well cared for. I was getting therapy there and it was excellent. The staff was very caring, understanding, very knowledgeable, and dedicated. The food was terrible though. In the two months that I was there, I had one exceptional meal and that was for Thanksgiving. The room I had was good. I had a private room and it was very, very large, and the facilities were excellent. I had a great bed. Everything about the room was great. They had activities going on every day. I chose not to participate in them, but it seemed like they had a lot of things going on there. They're just very nice people, very friendly, outgoing, and very caring. I thought the people were probably one of their greatest strengths. They had an outdoor area and I did use it once and it was very nice. I could either go out there by myself or one of the nurses did take me out there, so that was very nice.

My mother was sent to the Villa after her stay in the hospital. When we got there things seemed really nice. A day or so later they changed her room because there were ants all over. My mother also is incontinent and wears depends. They refused to put her depends on her and instead put her in adult diapers that caused her to have a rash reaction on her legs. The biggest issue that we had was the amount of time it took for them to take her to the bathroom and how long it took for them to change her diaper. There was a incident where my mother soiled her bed over night and the day shift said they would take care of it and clean it up. When I came back later that night to bring her clean clothes back, I pulled back the covers to get her in to bed and found the soiled sheets (urine and BM) still on the bed and soaked through the mattress. The current staff on where very apologetic but the whole mattress had to be replaced. My mother only stayed exactly 2 weeks but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for 1 day.

Horrible place, my mother in law was there. She wasn’t getting the correct food she needed for her medical needs, was not getting her medications like she was suppose to. Did not check on her like they should and left her sit in a soiled Depends for long periods of time since she was always sick while she was there and not mobile. I’m so glad she will not be going back there.

I visited this facility and found the staff to be very helpful. If they didn't know the answer they would get someone who did. No facility is perfect but from what I saw the staff really cared about the residents.
