Willowick - Beloit Campus

The room had carpet that was damaged prior to my mothers use. We didn't take a picture of it but should have. Willowick wants to charge us for carpet. My Family member lived in the room for a total of two weeks. The staff has no clue what they are doing there. Management is the worst once they get your money they stop answering phone calls and don't return them either. They are very unprofessional and rude. Jessica the Lady that meets with you to show the place flat out lies about the kind of care the place can provide and financial questions. Avoid this place unless you don't your loved one not being taken care of or being ignored and treated like crap by management

We chose Willowick - Beloit Campus for my father-in-law, but I don't really recommend this place. They just don't have enough people, and I don't think they have the experience that they need to take care of people in memory care. There are only three staff members dealing with about 20 residents. They're also kind of lazy. They just let everybody do whatever they want to do. There are residents who go and wander from room to room. The rooms are really nice, and they do all kinds of activities, which is great. The place is brand new and they clean it. It's just the interaction with the residents I find kind of poor.
