My mother is at The Suites at Beloit. I'm very happy with it, and she likes the food. With Covid, I can't go in there and check on the activities, but they're doing something. The staff members are very good. So far, I'm very happy with the place.

I did not like The Suites at Beloit. It was just a room with a bathroom. It looked like a prison cell. It was clean and it smelled nice, but it was dark and dingy. It was not the right place for my mom. But the staff was nice and friendly.

We needed to get our aunt into an assisted living facility quickly. She was determined NOT to be moved from her home, but we had no choice. After some searching, we decided to place our aunt here. We have been so please, but more importantly, our aunt could not be happier. Her room was ready for her with her things in place and she has not regretted one day. The facility is clean. The patients are well taken care of. Our aunt has made new friends as well as connected with some old friends. Beloit is very fortunate to have such a facility!

The Staff seems always willing to help whenever there is a need, even if it is helping to learn how to use a new phone. Professional yet warm and understanding and willing to take the time to explain details of medical care, as well as how the system works. They seem to go that extra "mile" for the patient and the patient's family. The environment is clean, warm and inviting. And the residents, and patients seem to enjoy each other's company. Many smiles, waves, and "How are you doing?" as they pass each other in the hall, dining room, or doorway to their rooms. Makes having friends and family visit, and enjoy their visit all the better. Everyone benefits and Rehab goes better, living is nicer and the quality of life that much greater.

The tour at Pioneer Court was nice. The rooms were different sizes, and the staff was very nice. It’s a very good choice. A lot of other friends and family and people that my parents have known have been there and had high regard for it, so we were very pleased.

I am a delivery driver, and as such, I get to see "behind the scenes" at many assisted living facilities and nursing homes when I deliver food to the nurses. There are some facilities that absolutely disgust me with their lack of empathy, but I have previously spoken my piece about them. This facility is one of the rare few that has me impressed. On the occasions I've visited, I've been greeted with warm smiles and prompt payment (some places take forever simply to come and get their food.) Not only that, but I've quietly observed many real instances of actual caring for the residents. On one occasion an older gentlemen was about to fall over, but three nurses got to him before he could fall. Another instance simply touched my heart. An older woman (likely with dementia) was asking where her husband was at (who was apparently deceased.) The nurse kept telling her, quite convincingly, that he was just at the store and would return later. She looked so relieved at the news. I am so impressed with this facility, I just hope that I end up in one like it when I get old. 5+ stars from me to them and their outstanding level of care.

My grandmother lives in this facility. It is a nice looking facility, very clean and kept up nicely. The staff is friendly and seems to genuinely care about the residents. The room she is in is actually very nice sized for an assisted living facility, and has a very large window, which is important to her. She is always up and dressed when we visit her, and she gets her hair done weekly on site. She enjoys the food and always looks forward to the activities they offer. The CNAs there are wonderful and have developed quite a good rapport with my grandma, which is very important for quality of care. It is not the fanciest facility, but it is clean, friendly, and managed well. And should the time come where she needs more care, it is right next to the nursing home for a less traumatic move. I am very pleased with Pioneer Court, and I truly believe grandma is in great hands!
