I like Windsor Square Senior Living. The tour was great. I like the facilities and the staff. It was quiet that day, so I didn't see any food, people, or anything. I like that it was in town and was close to my daughter. The rooms were nice. Everything is a little bit on the older side, where it could use a little refresh. I didn't see any activities going on. The apartment I saw was spacious and seemed nice. They showed me some common spaces. They have a library and a little courtyard. They showed me some common spaces.

I just moved into Windsor Square Senior Living last week. I liked the security that they have here. I have an entryway and a small kitchenette. The living room is a nice size, and the bedroom is a nice size. I only have one bedroom, and there seems to be a lot of storage. There's a storage closet that goes back, and then there's the huge linen closet. They have modified the tub so I can walk in if I need to. The staff here is above and beyond good, wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Anything that they can do to make you happy, they do it. Just last evening, I didn't order dinner. And the executive director went to the kitchen, got dinner and brought it up to me, and set it up so I could have dinner. They are all like that. The marketing guy that showed me the units, was so patient. We looked at five of them and I had a hard time making up my mind. But he was there and he was patient. All the residents seem to be friendly, too. I am pleased with the food and everything is hot. Their menu is varied, and you could have an alternate meal if you don't choose to have the one that they're offering that day. I'm on the list to be delivered twice a day, and it's nice because they don't charge extra to deliver your meals. Something is going on every day, at least once a day. They play bingo, they make cards, they have arts and crafts, and they have puzzles and word games.

Windsor is a very up-to-date, very comfortable, and well-kept place. Everything is beautiful. It is very homey. There is something going on for the people around. They showed me a room. It wasn't occupied but it was totally furnished. It had a bedroom, a kitchen and a restroom. It was just perfect. Dining was all family-style but at the same time everything was served to you. The waiters were like in a very prestigious restaurant. They were all very courteous and very fast. Food was great.

Unfortunately, Windsor Square had very small apartments. They were actually quite a bit cheaper than the other ones. However, they're very independent, which is a downside because my mom falls. From what they explained to me, if she falls, they have a volunteer person on at night who would come and sit with her, but they have to call 911. They wouldn't be able to pick her up and help her back in bed. I saw the dining room, and the people there seemed friendly. They hace a large activities room. I saw ladies gathering to play their usual card games, so it was kind of cute. If the apartments were larger, I might have gone in that direction.

We went to Windsor Square for a visit, and it was a very good facility. It was clean. We saw the activities that were going on, and it was very good.

I will Windsor Square a five because it was very good. They had activities. I was very impressed with the staff. They gave me a tour and I would probably be comfortable if I would live there.
