My mom lives at this location and they are a very incredible senior facility . They really look out for the people that live in the community and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy as they can possibly be. You can’t make everyone happy all the time and they certainly do try. Meals: We would give a four out of five because the portion sizes are smaller sized. This is consistent I suppose in senior living. Staff: five out of five: very energetic, positive, and always see a smiley face. Management: would be five out of five because they really do care. As it is said you, do you get what you pay for and would recommend. The size of the apartments are also amazing because they’re bigger than those locations. They are clean.

I toured Revel Lacey. I like the way their food service works, and the units over there are nice. It has a full kitchen and a stack washer and dryer. Meals are included. The way they've got it set up over there, they have menus and you can order off the menus, and there's a certain charge for each of the food items. They have a great food menu over there. Garrett was really great, a lot of help. They have a beautiful, clean building. They've got an outside area right outside the dining room where you can eat outside if you want. They have an exercise room and all that kind of stuff.

Love the staff at Revel. The executive director, Sandy Short is warm, caring, honest and helpful. This is true of her staff too. Sammi is works hard to find activities and trips we would like and is always open to suggestions. Corey, our head of maintenance, always has a smile makes sure any problems that arise are taken care of in a timely manner. Our office manager, Katie, and the ladies at the front desk, Samantha, Erika, and Cheryl are the best. They are so helpful and friendly. Nobody has a bigger smile and is always helpful. I enjoy my apartment and love that I have a balcony.

The rooms are excellent, the layout is convenient. I enjoy my day to day interactions with staff, the housekeeping staff are pleasant and helpful. I really enjoy the resident lead Bingo games. I am happy to see the resident lead humanitarian projects that bring together residents and helps the larger community outside of Revel.

I have waited till a year had passed to rate this facility. I will go in the order listed above. Food: The food is of quality that ranges from Good to Excellent. However as it is more of the latter than the former so I give it a Excellent rating. A good selection of familiar meal items are offered in the established daily menu, so I am sure you can always find something to select. Variety is added with a eclectic offering of daily specials outside the established menu items. I have tried everything on the menu, including the vegetarian offerings. Food has always been hot and arranged nicely on the plate. Steaks and burgers are done to your desire. Vegetables are always fresh. Deserts such as pie and ice-cream are available to finish off a meal with a little something extra. The staff is always receptive to having diners ask for food prepared in a certain manner as long as it is within reason for a normal kitchen. Vegetarian meals are not something I am not very familiar with. But those served here are actually quite tasty and when included in the specials seem to offer a good variety. From a outsiders perspective I found the items to be surprisingly satisfying. The portions are within standards for a average individual. I find the portion sizes to be a normal affair but may seem small to the average person used to the extravagance of the usual American restaurant. My perspective is based on my dining experiences in local restaurants through out the world. Beverages from soft drinks to wine and beer is on hand. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is also available. Genuine Starbucks Drip Coffee is offered complimentary and specialty coffees may be ordered. There is a Beverage Station in the foyer that has complimentary coffee, iced water and naturally flavored ice water. Staff: I could write volumes on how great the staff is but will try and keep it simple. They have a genuine friendliness that makes you feel comfortable. Not the corporate "be polite to the residents" policy. I can honestly say they have a genuine interest in your concerns and are always approachable when you have a issue or question. They are not the "enigma sitting in the office" type but people who actually get out among the community, attend parties and functions to see how things are going. They are more like neighbors than management and staff. Facilities: It is about a four year old facility and is very well maintained. Kind of a modern style to things that makes it look very nice. Electronic pass key needed to enter the facility from any door other than the entrance which is monitored by a concierge. So security is done quite well. I have a one bedroom, single washroom apartment. It is spacious enough to accommodate two people and the usual furniture. The small kitchen has all the usual appliances to include a dishwasher and in-sink disposal. A big plus in features is a economy space washer and dryer. Those under and over models that just about every European home has. They surprisingly do a decent load. I have a small walk-in closet, a hall closet and decent cupboard space. Air conditioning and heating is from a large wall unit under the window in the living room. Once again like most apartments abroad. I feel very comfortable and right at home. They even let me screen in my ground floor patio so I can let my cats outside without worrying about them wandering off. For the dog owners there is common walk area on the backside by the woods and a actual enclosed dog park so the furry kids can run off that extra energy. There is a small library with a computer you can use. A game room, and a pool table area. A real nice outdoor dinning area and a covered area with a fireplace. A crafts room. Plus a small very comfortable movie theater. The Social Club is where most folks have breakfast and lunch. It is also very popular on Fridays at 2:00pm for Happy Hour! Value: I will not go into detail on cost. But I can honestly say you are definitely getting your moneys worth. What is offered and monthly cost is better than most places I looked at. The thing you can't put a price on is your happiness. Everyplace offers basically the same things for about the same price. What makes the difference is the residents and the community they build together. Since day one I have felt welcome and have quickly made friends here. There is a great bunch of folks here at Revel and you will surely find someone you can relate with. Activities: Oh geez, another area I could write volumes on. Our Activities Director actually enjoys her job and it shows. If you are willing to get out of your apartment there is always something going on either here on the premises or via the Facility Bus. They even have organized shopping trips to area business. The Halloween and Holidays parties have always been fun as well.

The best part of revel Lacy is the people! When you need to be around people you can go to the common areas and there's always someone to talk to. When you need to be alone you can go to your apartment and be alone. The activities are outstanding, and our activities director is absolutely wonderful.

I was overwhelmed by the two-bedroom apartment at Revel Lacey. Unfortunately, it's a little bit more than I can pay, but it was gorgeous and it had lots of room. It was a corner apartment. It had a full walk-in closet and lots of storage space. It was just lovely. My wheelchair had run out of power and the lady who took me around took a wheelchair and pushed me around. She was very helpful, answered all the questions I had to ask, and was very personable, and so were the other couple of employees I met. I liked the residents I met quickly. I didn't have a meal, but the staff gave me a hot scone that had just come out of the oven and it was yummy. They were very, very clean. They had separate rooms for TV, which were very, very nice. They had movie nights and they also had speakers come in. It had very comfortable seating with popcorn and soda pop. They had game rooms where you could knit, do puzzles, and play billiards. They had a fitness center and a library and all kinds of good things for people. When I came, several of the residents were just leaving to visit someplace.

We have chosen Revel Lacey for my sister-in-law. It's a newer place and it's got everything you would want. The location is good. The reviews that they had were really good. All the people were nice that we visited with. We talked to some people that live there, and everybody seemed to like it. There were lots of activities and things like that. My sister-in-law found a place that she likes, it was on the bottom floor that had a screened-in porch, which no other one had. So that was another thing she liked about it. The person who toured us around was enthusiastic, and she wasn't high pressure. It's not the least expensive place you can find, but it's one of the best.

We looked at the Revel Lacey. They were approximately less expensive than what we pay here, but they do not provide all the meals, so they provide part of the meals and you have to decide which ones you go to, but you get credit to go to less than half of the meals there. The food is exceptional. It's highly good tasting and it's served like in a restaurant, not like a great big, huge dining hall, which was very nice and you could pick the menu you wanted to eat and what time you left, which was very nice. The meal that we ordered was so sumptuous that the two of us split a huge burger and we were still full after. It wasn't a small one, it was a huge one. If they had provided meal credits for every meal, we could have split like that, but they did not. You have really good choices of what you were going to eat, but just that insufficiency of credits made a big deal. The staff there that we dealt with were very, very nice. They were very accommodating and very helpful. The facility had several elevators in it, but there were long, long corridors to get to the elevators. Despite the fact that there were many of them, it was still an arduous journey to get from the one that they had set up or had offered to us, to the dining room. It was a beautiful room. We looked at a two-bedroom apartment, it had a full-size kitchen in the center, one bedroom on one end, and one bedroom on the other. Very, very nicely handicapped accessible. There was a full-size washer-dryer, a full-size nice kitchen with a center block and a full-size refrigerator, and a full-size oven. It would have been absolutely a delight, and we would have chosen it, were it not for our friends here. We could have just cooked some of our own meals and stayed there, but we chose to stay here with our friends. It's a beautiful facility. Someone coming in looking at a first place would be hard-pressed not to accept that after looking at other places or just finding it had wonderful facilities, wonderful activities available, and available special items. There was a nice gym on the first floor and a great dog walk area, and pets were acceptable if they had such. A person with dogs would be hard-pressed not to pick it.

I moved into the Revel Lacey four weeks ago. The rooms are in new condition, I like the community, and I just like the people here. The food is phenomenal, and the gardens are beautiful. The staff is phenomenal. I just can't get over them. They're very attentive, they're very personable, they learn your name quickly. I don't know their name, but they know mine. They seemed to be very caring. I was injured the first day I was here, and they just clustered around me to help. So I was very, very lucky I moved. The location is beautiful. There are walking trails as well, it's beautiful, I love it here. I wish I've done this five years ago. We have a housekeeper that comes by and vacuum floors and things like that. They have a ride service, that's very prompt, very helpful. They have lots of different exercise programs, and they go places. They also have a quilting group, movies, and different people come in to play the piano.

The staff at Revel Lacey was very accommodating. We had lunch there and the food was delicious. They make everything on the spot. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the food, which was fine with me because it was delicious. I told them what I wanted and they prepared that for me. It has three floors. it surprised me that it could be so nice. The apartments were just beautiful. If you need a ride someplace, they'll take you. It's great.

I took a tour of Revel Lacey, and I have decided that I will be moving there. I like the ambiance, the friendliness of the staff, and the people that live there; everybody is happy. I like the cleanliness, the good food, and lots of activities. The staff is absolutely knowledgeable, friendly, and they bend over backwards to make you feel welcome. I toured the facility with my sister-in-law and my daughter, and she could not believe how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. They are a typical apartment for an independent senior living facility. It's very clean, the layout is very good, lots of closet space, and it's nice to have a balcony.

I've lived here almost 2 years, and the other residents are the main reason I chose here, after reviewing a total of 15 communities. Our apartment is wonderful, the housekeeper comes weekly, dining experience is great, and we can input ideas for movies, activities both in and outside the community. If you enjoy being with ''fun'' people, this is where you should be.

We had a wonderful tour of Revel Lacey. The staff actually came on her day off to give us the tour. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and we really appreciated it. The place was wonderful, they were friendly, the facility was well designed, and they really thought everything through. I would give them whatever the highest rating there is. The apartments were fantastic, too. They have activities in the game room, a shuttle bus, a little coffee shop, and they can have meals when this COVID stuff is over. My sister had a little tray of cheese, cookies, fresh fruits, and vegetables, and it was wonderful.

Revel Lacey was a beautiful facility. It's brand new, and it's really nice. We didn't choose it because of the location, and it didn't have the right vibe for my mom. We liked the fact that it was brand new and really modern. It just wasn't the right one, but it was a gorgeous facility. The apartments were very light and bright with big windows. If you're in the northwest, you need as much natural light as you can possibly get, so that was really nice. It had a nice dog park. The staff was very nice, too . Other than just the vibe not being right, the hallways were really cold, like there was no heat in the hallways. I just thought if I'm cold and I'm 45, then these old folks must be freezing in these hallways. The rooms were beautiful. They were by far the nicest out of anyone that I looked at. There's a mushroom processing plant nearby and if the wind is blowing the wrong direction, it smells terrible. It was too close to that, where you could get that bad smelly wind. The staff was very nice.

We were able to do an in-person tour at Revel Lacey. If we were living closer to there, we would have definitely chosen that place. The staff members were very nice and very helpful. We ate dinner in the dining room and we had a tour of two different one-bedroom apartments. They were great. The food was amazing; it was really good. They had a full kitchen and a washer and a dryer in their apartments. They were very nice in size and the layout was really nice.

How in the world could 2 senior women enjoy going cross country skiing? Well, let me tell you. A. We hadn’t laughed so hard in months. B. Only one discovered she was not in "ideal" shape but still managed to have a great time much more than she thought. C. They both decided it was so much fun they want to do it again, ASAP. It was a great way to get to know my neighbors and Jessie, Lifestyle Director. This was important for my state of mind and general health. It felt good to know I can still postpone old age and continue moving. I also found learning a new skill helpful with cognitive development. What a Great Way to help us. Thank You, Revel, for this Great Day!

I have been to several functions at Revel Lacey. I'm very impressed with the facility as well as the team members, Carrie and Peter. I find the apartment homes lovely, spacious and modern. I especially love the private restaurant and pub. I believe they offer a higher level of service than other similar communities. They have been very helpful and informative. The future residents I've met there have been wonderful! I think it would be a great place to call home.
