My father moved to Prestige Senior Living Rosemont. We chose it because they had immediate availability and they were close. It's only like a 20-minute drive for me. So, the main reason was the location and that they had the social programs and stuff that we needed. My father is in a studio, so it's just one room and then a bathroom. He seems to like the food. I've been there when he eats and it looks good. It's a good variety. They have a lovely outside area, like a little back patio where they play some different little games like lawn bowling. They have a huge dining room. They have a lobby with the TV and stuff and then they have a little activities room where they play games or shuffleboard, and there's some games up on the second floor. The staff is very friendly and very professional. It's a fairly new facility, so everything is in good shape.

We have chosen Prestige Senior Living Rosemont. We haven't moved in yet though. The people that work there and the girl that showed us around, everybody we've talked to has been just great. There wasn't anything that we didn't like except they could have been bigger rooms. The unit that they showed us is a nice room. We are getting the two-bedroom and it has a little balcony outside. The room has a kitchen, which is a nice whole kitchen. The dining room is big. They have a lot to offer like exercise classes, games, or whatever. We ate lunch there, and it was good. It was well prepared. We got our choice of salads or meals. They were both good.

Prestige Senior Living Rosemont was a very nice location with nice people. The dining area was very pleasant. There was a gaggle of folks in the common area doing some kind of activity. The rooms were a little small for what we were coming from, but the lady who took us around was excellent.

I visited Prestige Senior Living Rosemont. They were very helpful. It's a nice, clean place. I'd go move there if I was in that position. My wife and I are already talking about it because we're not spring chickens anymore. The prices were right. We could sell everything we got and move in there and just be tickled to death. You could get an apartment and then they have a nurse that would come around and check on you and make sure everything's OK and help you out if you need it. The staff was friendly and followed up well. It was a good experience. They had nice rooms. They had single bedrooms and just small apartment types. They had buses that would go places and do stuff, take people where they want to go, like the casino. They had a restaurant-style dining facility where you can order. They had several different things on the menu. You could order as you go. It was all included. They were top-shelf. The facility was in good condition. Everybody that was in there looked like they were enjoying their meals.

The staff at Prestige Senior Living Rosemont was excellent. They're very helpful, warm receptacles about having new people, and they're very compassionate people. The facilities are superb, very clean; you can practically eat off the floor. Everything's always being set, you always see housekeeping going around and dusting. They were in the process of redoing a room's new carpet and painting it. We got to look at a room that's been remodeled. They always do that for everybody that moves out, the rooms are all cleaned and the carpet changed and everything. They have little areas where you can stop and read a book if you want, but mainly it's just the gathering of all the people. All the other residents are nice, everybody just seems to say hi, and you could just sit and talk and do lots of things with them.

I enjoyed the tour at Prestige Senior Living Rosemont. I would highly recommend them. It was a nice experience. That's originally where I wanted my mom to move. I've already put down the deposit and everything, but after they called the facility where my mom is, they dropped us. I guess they couldn't handle the type of care that she needs. They had to contact her current facility to find out about her medicine and get that type of information (medical records and all that). I tried their food and it was excellent. The facility was great; that's why I actually put down the deposit for a ground-floor apartment. That's where I wanted my mom to live. I really like it there and it's closer; it's right here in Yelm. The facilities were very clean. They had activities and they had dining rooms too. I'm hard to impress when it comes to food, since I've been cooking my own food since I was five years old, but I was very impressed by their food. I didn't think they could make food like that in an assisted living facility. That quality, the texture, and everything -- it was quite good. It's a very high-quality place. They have lots of places to sit outside in the sun. They have a nice gazebo. The rooms were very good-sized apartments. The bedrooms could take a double bed or maybe a full-size.

I chose and moved my father into the Prestige Senior Living Rosemont in Yelm. He's been there a week and so far, so good. They really like him. Everything's going great. We're in constant communication; we text all the time. I actually just texted them a little bit ago. We talk all the time, and I see them because I'm there all the time. I am very impressed with their care and their immediate response. If I have any questions or concerns, or if he needs anything, everything's always immediate. They were very kind when he moved in. They made sure they were available while we were moving him in. They constantly reached out to make sure that he has what he needs because he gets tired easily and sleeps a lot on some days. They'll ask him if he wants something to eat and bring it to him. They were very kind to me on move-in day and the day after, making sure that we had everything we needed. It's very clean. I'm really liking it. I told them that I wanted to be put on the waiting list because it's that nice. I would love to be at a place where I didn't have to do anything. He is able to be on the first level of care. He's still able to function independently. He's on the independent side and so far, so good. I am constantly there and do his meds and wash his laundry. He doesn't have to have anybody do his meds, nobody has to feed him, and nobody has to do anything. He's independent, he walks and talks, but he's forgetful and shows signs of dementia. But he isn't bad enough to be in memory care. He's doing OK there. They offered to take him places, but they can only take so many people at a time into town. Every Friday night, they have live music, and he went to meet other residents. They are having a video singing contest that he said he might enter. They'll put notes by his door and let him know what they're doing, and if he wants to come down he can. He's on the first floor, and he loves the fact that he can see birds. He's met some people in the dining area when he goes for dinner. It's very good food. They keep the place up very nicely. I was very impressed with the price, the staff, and the upkeep of their facility. It's very well done, very well maintained, and the staff is excellent. One of the staff members is related to one of my dad's best friends, and she always goes and talks to him, checking on him to make sure he's doing OK. They're such a great facility, and I like that they're not huge. This place is more personable. They show more kindness and empathy and don't treat them as another person renting a room. They treat them as you'd expect your parents to be treated when you're not there every day. You can see the kindness in general, and I've heard it from every staff I have met there. These people here with my dad and everyone else are just awesome. They are a great facility that is very kind.

My mother lives at Prestige Senior Living-Rosemont and shes in their assisted living. She can take care of herself and they just give her medications. The Prestige is really good. Weve never had a problem with them, and theyve always been upfront with me if theres a problem. Besides the price, the staff and services are really good and the rooms are really nice. She has a 1-bedroom apartment there. The amenities are adequate, they do little activities here and there, they take them out to Walmart, they take them out to eat in different places, and they go on little excursions. They take them to the casino once in a while, they have movie nights, and they bring young people in to sing. The dining room is pretty nice and the food is good.

We thought Prestige Senior Living was very nice. The building was clean, and it gave us a feeling of comfort. There was no lingering old people smell. They showed us three rooms that we could choose from. We ate in their dining room. The food was nutritional; however, because we arrived late, I think that it had been sitting out. We said hello to some of the residents and we saw the craft activity area. We met with the events director and they talked about the type of activities. The residents seemed happy. You could tell they were very comfortable in their surroundings.

I got a brother-in-law in Rosemont, and my mother was in Rosemont. I think it is nice. We don’t have any complaints about it. My mother didn’t have any complaints about it; they took good care of her. The food was OK. They have an exercise class and a little library. My brother-in-law is actually on the residential side, but they take them to their doctor appointments. They take them to Safeway one day a week or to Walmart one day a week, and he takes advantage of that. The people seemed to be happy there, the ones you see out and about.

Just established my father in law here about a month ago and we are very pleased with everything about it. The staff is wonderful and so caring, I personally think the communication between family and staff is very good, they always answer all of our questions. My father in law says the food is about average and it seems very clean everywhere. They have many activities scheduled with weekly outings to stores, doctor visits, scenic drives and this week they are going to North West Trek. They seem to keep all of the residents active with the inside activities like singing, dancing, painting, puzzles, happy hour every Friday. He seems to be enjoying it very much as he is very social.

My father is in Prestige Senior Living Rosemont. It's very pleasant, quiet, has well-maintained grounds, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a smaller facility. They're kind to their residents, and my dad says the food is good. They don't have a big activity list with outings and things like that. That's one thing they could probably improve on. They have bingo and have people that come in to play music, but they don't take them out very much. They could have better communication between family and staff. I'm not saying their rates are high, but I wish there was more of a sliding scale as far as the cost per resident.
