The staff at Brookdale Bristol is all great. Mom's room is also great and spacious. She has eaten well. They play bingo, they do crafts, they have music, and an exercise class. She's getting physical therapy. They also have church services. They're doing an upgrade on the ceilings right now. So, they are always constantly doing something.

I toured Brookdale Bristol. I liked the dining area. It was on the first floor. I didn't like that some of the people had to go upstairs to their rooms. They had an elevator, but I just thought that might be kind of inconvenient. I talked to a lady there, and she showed me around. They had a room for exercise and a recreation area. The apartments were nice. It was clean.

Brookdale Bristol was beautiful. If my mom had been able to go there, she would have had her own little apartment. So, it would have felt more like home. All the staff was wonderful over there. They were so accommodating. The place was so clean and they had things to do with the people. It would have been very good for my mom. It was easy for the residents to get to the activity room from their rooms to the dining area. It was very accommodating for the people that lived there.

Brookdale Bristol was great. It's clean. The lady that I talked with was very nice. The people that work there were very friendly and very helpful. If I wasn't wanting to move up closer to my brother, I would move to Brookdale. We had a meal there, and it was very good. The dining area was very nice. Everything that I saw there was very nice. Everything was clean and neat. The apartments were very nice. They're light and bright, and they were doing some updates to the apartments. They were still working on the one that I looked at last week. They had large windows there. I looked at the one-bedroom. The kitchen had new appliances, new cabinets, and carpet, and it was very pretty and very comfortable. They had sidewalks out front and a covered seating area with chairs and tables. They also had a patio out front that they had chairs on. If you want to be out in the sun, you could sit on the patio. If you want shade, they have a covered seating area also outside.

Brookdale Bristol was a nice place, very friendly, and very clean. The staff that I met during the tour seemed to be caring. They had laundry facilities, a gym, a salon, and a recreation room.

I visited Brookdale Bristol. What I liked best is it's really clean. It's a very nice facility. They had a nice seating area, and the meals looked good. The staff seemed very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I thought the diet selections looked reasonable, but that's all I can say. I'm sure some are nicer, but they're a lot more expensive, like $2000 more a month. I thought it was a very cost-effective place. They have a salon, a barber, a courtyard, a restaurant, in-room service, housekeeping once a week, and a bus that drives people places.

Brookdale Bristol was a very nice facility. They had everything that you could need or want there. They offer a 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and dining area, a small living room, and a small bedroom (which is what my uncle really liked). We saw a room, and it's very, very nice. It was just like living in an apartment. All the rooms were separated: the bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. He could get a 1-bedroom with a kitchen in it, and he really liked that. The lady that gave us the tour was super nice and followed up a couple of times. She was very sweet and very accommodating. We saw their dining area, but we did not eat the food. It was great. It was open, similar to a restaurant-style facility as far as the tables. It was nice. They had an activities' director that took the folks out. As a matter of fact, she took them out on the day that we were there. They couldn't go anywhere, so she took them out and drove them around. It lets them get out for a little while, which I thought was great. They had transportation. They had food. They had games. They actually had a library and access to computers, which is good.

We had a good visiting experience at Brookdale Bristol. The staff member who gave the tour was very nice. She presented everything as well as she could, and I thought she did well. The atmosphere of the place seemed to be pleasant during the time we were there. The layout is more like a motel, the building has multistory. The rooms were adequate and fine, they seem to be neat and clean. The dining area seemed to be fine and nice. This place wasn't as nice as the other place I visited, but it seemed nice and adequate.

My mother is very happy at Brookdale Bristol. It's meeting all her needs at this point, and we're content with it. I wouldn't say that her room was pristine and the housekeeping was necessarily where I would want, but it's still acceptable. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. There are enough activities going. The food is just very calorie-dense. The menu is inappropriate for the age and health of the folks living there.

My mom already moved in to Brookdale Bristol. It's very nice, big, and has a good staff. It also has nice-sized rooms. My mom loves it. The staff is very good and hands-on. My mom thinks the food is great because she gets a choice of what she wants to eat. They have music and bingo.

My dad is settled at Brookdale Bristol. He’s making friends and doing well. It’s the best place for his health condition. He can’t go without his cooked meals. He has his medicine and a free shuttle. It’s six hours from South Carolina where my sister lives on the beach to go to my dad’s, and it’s six hours from Clarksville for me to go over to my dad. He has a nice big two-bedroom. He has a desk in his computer room and beautiful, brand-new furnishings, which he got to pick out. I think he has the biggest apartment down there. He’s happy. I love the food. My dad loves soup before his meal, and they make homemade soup every day. Everybody comes in to the dining room, which is beautiful. They bring them their coffee, and the bread basket goes around. My dad likes the idea that they give them a menu and they circle what they want out of three entrees. Brookdale is excellent. He had a birthday, so they had balloons and a party.

Brookdale was very nice, and I like the way it was set up. Every day, they have several entrees to choose from for dining and have alternatives and alternative menus to be ordered from individually. What I didn’t like about them was it had more independent living, like a three-story apartment building, and my parents would not do well in an elevator, so they would definitely need the first floor. They were more open and willing to convert the bath tub into a shower.

They were extremely cordial and informative. I also appreciated that they would work with us on things special to my step father.

I'm pleased to say when I visited last weekend I was pleasantly surprised by all of the activity going on. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! I felt welcomed and totally comfortable on my first visit. Thank you for your hospitality!
