"We chose Rehab Center and Memory Care at Bristol for my father because of its reviews and the level of care it provides. My father went into rehab recently. As far as I know, and I'm doing this long distance, is that they have been very responsive and very helpful. My father has moved into a new room, but the old room he was in looked spacious, well lit, and well taken care of. My father is still in rehab and he will be moving into memory care in the near future. It would be skilled nursing memory care. My father seems to like the food."

"I toured The Rehab Center at Bristol. It was very clean, and the patients were taken care of. The families can go down and take their own furniture and decorate the room the way they want to. It's very nice. They showed us a couple of rooms that the families had come in and decorated. They had all kinds of activities they were doing. All the workers were dressed up for Halloween. They would go into rooms and paint pictures. They got this around-the-world thing that's nice. They may have meals to go with that, so that was really nice. The dining room was very nice. They had a chef that worked in the kitchen. They have movie night, and they serve them popcorn and everything, so that's really nice. The workers were helpful. They talked to me and taught me how to do some things that I needed to do to get my husband help, which I'm trying to do now."

"English Meadows Abingdon Campus was clean and well maintained. The staff and the people that lived there were friendly. I was there at the tail end of breakfast, and the lady apologized for the dishes being left on the table, but I said that it's a good thing because I can see if they ate their food or not. There was no food left on the plate. So, that means it's good. If I didn't have to wait on the VA funding, I bet my parents are there right now."

"My father moved into Preston Place II Memory Care. It's been great. The staff is very nice, and what we've asked for, and what we've looked for, they have done. They have events and activities they do every day. They have an outside area, a garden area, and they have gathering time where they do movies and things like that. I've eaten there, the food tastes good, they have a variety and always have some healthy veggies."

"I have never resided in a nursing home before. Right off the bat I knew I was home. I was made to feel comfortable & at home. My room was wonderful, clean and spacious. The staff are fantastic , I feel loved. We enjoy an array of entertainment. All the way from Elvis to corn hole. There is a variety of stores and banks nearby. "

"My in-laws moved into The Blake at Kingsport. It's very clean and friendly, and everybody was so helpful, even the other members staying there. My mother-in-law has a queen-size bed and a chest drawer. He's got a bed and chest drawer. In the living room, he's got a full couch and a recliner. The kitchen's a good size. There's no stove, and that's great because she doesn't need to be cooking. It's very roomy. The dining area is very nice and clean. We had a good meal, and they had a lot of different choices. They do something every day, but it's pricey."

"Dominion Senior Living is nice; it has has games, patio, and a beauty shop. The food was good, and they serve three meals a day. We don’t have any trouble getting what we need. The facility is nice. "

"We took a tour for my mother-in-law. It was very bright, and welcoming, it is a very nice facility. I loved that there was a courtyard that they could walk in and out comfortably, and not worry that they would wander because it was enclosed. She has a little dog, and she could have taken her dog out to use the bathroom easily and got back to her room easily. We wouldn't have to worry that she would be walking outside, and no one knew where she would be. The person who assisted us was delightful. The place was very clean. It was very warm and inviting. There were lots of bright windows, lots of nice colors, and it smelled fresh. It was very nice."
