Was there on October 30 2017 and was horrified to see the living conditions of my brother there, I cried seeing him in that room. The room was small and dirty, the paint on the walls was old and dirty. The floors were filthy and I seen staff but they were smoking. Smelled like urine and stale filth. Have not been in a facility that smelled and looked like that since 1983. Horrible, will try to get my family to move him out of it. ASAP.

The building is newly managed and let me tell you it is SUCH a turn around! There are all new workers, including a new administrator. The building is older, however they are totally re-doing it. The new staff is attentive, friendly, and you can really tell they treat their patients like family@

Almost the worst place you could imagine... Staff is disgruntled, and untrained, The patient nurse ratio is 1:40 most days, if everyone shows up. It is smelly. most patients don't have family or friends to speak up for them. Stealing is really bad here. They never answer the phone. They lock up the toilet paper, and you are out of luck if you run out after 5pm. They always run out of medications. They don't care about the patients. The food is aweful. They don't push bathing, I feel bad for the patients left there. There are no advocates, and it's just sad. They have recently changed names, ownership and directors. One can only hope that they get their act together before someone gets hurt.

Nasty, smelly, unkept, rude staff, uncaring nurses and staff, old building, call lights unanswered... Shall I keep going? Asked the non-English speaking maintenance man to fix sink water facet and he never fixed the 2 months my mom was there! Wish I could give no stars.

Facility is horribly understaffed. The nurses do not tend to patient needs in a timely manner. The facility is filthy. Homes manager is cruel and only cares more about facility needs then patients needs. Several items stolen and even though they said they would replace them they never did. Do not wash patients clothes in a timely manner so leave patient in gown all day even though patient isn't bed ridden. I came to facility several times in late afternoon and no one helped patient brush teeth or get dressed. Patient was not having bathing needs met. Weekend and night staff spend the majority of their time on phones or outside smoking. Rooms are smaller than the state recommends per the state evaluations.
