I will be moving in Friday at The Wellington. It is a number of duplexes there, it's one level -- which is so much easier on me -- and it is a gated community. We have a full-service kitchen which I have missed today. They served breakfast on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays only, which is fine with me because I like to cook. They have washers and dryers in the room, and all the appliances are furnished. We have 2-bedroom, 2-bath, there is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and three closets in the second bedroom. It’s one of the nicest complexes I have ever seen. The people who showed us around -- the assistant manager -- is bubbly and friendly, and when you meet her, you’ve known her your whole life.

Shabby and not well maintained--rental increase every year is about $50--overpriced for what is offered. No maintenance done in the last 20 years and now they want to install counter tops and blind to update facility---should have been done years ago. Landscaping is sadly lacking. Sidewalks and walkways are dangerous. Gaping holes in some buildings, foundation issues. Overall all--poor choice
