I'm moving to San Marcos. It's called the Kissing Tree for 55 and older. It's just really pretty and I thought it's my chance to get out of Houston. I visited it a couple of times, and it was really good. We have been up there twice and spent the entire day. I like it, and I bought a house. Kissing Tree is completely independent. You can have home care and have some people come in. At some point, I may have someone come in once a week or twice a week, and I have to pay for them, but I still have my own place and go and do what I want to do. If I don't like it, I'll come back to Houston in a year. It's one of the top rated here in the US. The staff was helpful and friendly. I've only worked with my relative there. I just talked to other people that live there and they loved it. We'd do our own food. It's just a place for 55 and older. They have activities all day long like arts, crafts, book clubs, bocce ball, and golf. They have an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, and a humongous workout facility that's beautiful and overlooks the Hill Country. There's greenery everywhere. The way they put the houses is architecturally very pretty. I'm moving there on December 7th, but I've been up there, I've looked around, and I've talked to people. Their HOA is a little bit high, but I don't have to do any groundwork or anything, and I have a cute little house. You have to pay if you play golf, but the other things are free. There is a little putting thing that you can go and putt and I plan on doing that.
