I'm trying to get my mother-in-law into Riverside Health & Rehabilitation. The place was beautiful. The rooms were nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and very nice. She showed us all the rooms and everything. She was very good. They have a hair salon and a gym. They have beautiful rooms with big flat TVs in them.

The facility itself is beautiful. Surely don’t lodge a complaint about lunches being served after 1:15pm which has occurred more than once. My parent has me to be his/her voice…what about those who have no one? My parent has gone 5 days without a bath. Why? Again, don’t question staff or complain to management. So sad to experience this.
