They neglect the patients. Every time I went to see my friend, he was soiled and even though I told the staff about it they did nothing. I had to clean him up. I asked the staff if they could give me a diaper. They ignored me. The Staff was standing in the hall chatting with each other. I had to go hunt down a diaper and clean the patient up. Now that care center is harassing me to pay a bill I don't owe. I was not related to the patient. He has since passed. The woman who is the Facility Controller refused to hear anything I said as to why I personally do not owe that bill. The bills keep coming however. I researched and their facility has a 1 star rating. fro inspections done they have had over $300,000 in fines that they had to pay which included abuse. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy!!! BEWARE!

Park View was average, it was not too clean, but not too dirty either, and the lobby does not look like a lobby. The food looked OK. There were a lot of people sleeping in the wheelchairs. It seemed very crowded.

My mom is at Park Terrace. We chose this facility because they seem to have a good reputation and my brother lives just two blocks away from there. The staff was very friendly. The place is beautiful. It's clean, new, bright, and cheerful. It's more like a real residential area instead of what I would consider a traditional nursing home type environment. Definitely nicer that what I thought was possible.
