I've been in a long-term facility for two years now. It's Methodist Transitional Care Center. I don't like where I am; I don't like the service. I just don't like it. The food is not good at all. The physical condition of the place is fair. My living space is too small. The staff is not good. No communication. Activities are the only good thing about it. I came here for physical therapy, but the physical therapy I need, I'm not getting.

My sister is at Methodist Transitional Care Center. She has been there for two and a half weeks now. They do physical therapy. They're pretty good. I would give them high marks. The atmosphere is pretty positive. Cleanliness was an issue, but in fairness, they corrected it right away. The problem there is they're short-staffed, and you can tell it affects the quality of the staff. Physical therapy is excellent. My sister's room is clean. They have activities and stuff there also. I know they play bingo and they have puzzles they work with them on. There are some more, but those are the ones that come to mind. The community dining area is very clean and spacious.
