I hate this place. I don't like the care they gave my mother there. She was therr from this past January until August 28th 2017 until she died in hospice care there. The last few days of her life the nurses acted like they didnt care what kind of care they where giving my mother because she was dying. But there was this one nurse that took great care of her she was awesome. She is the best nurse they have there. I don't no yhe ladies name but she was a caucasian lady. But now my mom is at peace and with God now we don't have to worry about het care there anymore.

I rate our experience with this provider as average. The facility itself is usually clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have several activities for the residents to participate in. I don't like how the residents seem to lose their individuality though. By this I mean the staff tends to dress the residents in each others clothes just because it's what handy and it fits. Just because they are elderly and in my father's case, have dementia, doesn't mean that they completely forget who they are. Let them have their dignity.
