When we were looking for assisted living communities for my parents, we were told that Eden Terrace was the best: that they had the nicest rooms, good food, and the most caring staff. When my parents moved in we were amazed with the space and cleanliness of the rooms, the elegance in the dining room with care taken with the food and the amazing care and friendliness of the staff. Everything we were told ahead of move in was absolutely correct! My mother has been a resident for about seven years now and turns 100 in December. She is still taken care of in the same caring manner that happened the very first day. She has gone through a COVID-19 quarantine year always looking the same at our window visits and we felt she was very safe from the virus. She is well groomed and very content. I am told all the time by her caregivers how sweet she is. Every single caregiver gives her care that is dignified and loving. The caregivers are what makes an assisted living facility either good or great. Eden Terrace is GREAT! My family are Eden Terrace’s biggest cheerleaders! We are so glad my mother has lived out her end days there.

Eden Terrace has been such a blessing to my grandmother. They have taken such wonderful care of her. From Cindy, the administrator to the nurses and med techs, the communication has been top notch. Highly recommend this ALF!

There are many facilities for the elderly in this area, but Eden Terrace stands out as the finest in all respects, largely due to the exemplary staff and focus upon individualized service. All staff members...professional, clerical, food service, maintenance, etc. ...all are courteous, loving, and devoted to the care of the residents. I am the guardian for a resident, who tells me frequently, "I've never been this happy before," and "I feel as though I'm on a cruise with no ocean," and "Please don't ever move me." The beauty and ambiance of the facility are matched only by the quality of the marvelous staff.

Mother has a wonderful room, she is very happy with her surroundings. She has some of the sweetest ladies that check on her daily and always joke around with her (which she enjoys). I know she is always well taken care of by the staff, and loved.

My mom has been a resident for over a month. When I asked her if she had made any friends yet, she proceeded to name all her caregivers! Not what I was thinking when I asked but I was so happy to hear how much she likes her caregivers and how special their friendship is to her! They make her feel loved and never make her feel like one of their “chores or duties”. They are so kind snd friendly to our whole family too! This means everything !!

Eden Terrace of Spartanburg was fantastic. I liked it, but it was too expensive. We could not tour the facility. You can go on the outside, but you can't go inside. You have to have an appointment. The staff was helping us to look for funds, but Mom just did not have the average that you have to have. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and even gave a referral. The facility was very nice, and it's in a great location. If a senior can walk, they can walk across the street to a grocery store. They have a bus that they can ride in. The outside was very well put together, clean, and presentable. We did some of the research online and saw some of the rooms online, but we don't know if those were their best pictures. The building seemed very well kept. The outside, the landscaping, the location, and the accessibility were great.

Eden Terrace of Spartanburg is very nice and very accommodating but always short of help. They have very nice rooms that are not fully furnished, so you bring your own bed and a night stand. The food is good, and they serve three meals a day. Most of the residents there don’t talk to each other. They don’t give snacks late in the evening or before bedtime. My sister is a bad diabetic, and we are constantly asking if they could give her a graham cracker with peanut butter at 8:00 because she can’t go from 5:00 at supper until the next morning to eat. She gets hungry and starts shaking because she needs some nourishment.

Eden Terrace of Spartanburg was clean and had interaction with the staff and the people. The clients were out doing things. I liked the accommodations, the little snack bar, and the services they provided. It seemed like a friendly place, and I had a good experience there. It's also a larger place. They had the normal activities, like bingo, movie night, trips to Walmart and different places, crafts and painting, and Bible study. I got to talk to a lot of the patients and family members, and they told me they liked it. The staff was smiling, would say hello, and were more spontaneous. What I liked is they start off by assigning you a table with a group, and then they switch you to another table for the first couple of minds until you find a table that suits you.

My husband is at Eden Terrace of Spartanburg. The staff is very caring, watches him very closely, and interacts with him a lot. They keep me informed of any changes, like if he falls. They call me and let me know because they have good, open communication. The residents look and smell nice. He likes the place.

Eden Terrace of Spartanburg is a happy, colorful, and very friendly place. They are very well staffed, too, and I', impressed with them overall. Dad's two-room apartment is nice. This facility has a lot of people, and they work hard to keep them educated and help residents to keep working to be their best.

She is at Eden Terrace. It is beautiful. Their care is really great. The director and pretty much all of the staff have very intimate relationships with all of the residents. The rooms are gorgeous. When we moved her over, they actually painted the room before we went in. They have a couple of color schemes, and they very quickly did the room the way I wanted it done. They have furniture for you, or you could bring your furniture in. The maintenance staffs are superb. The dining room is very nice, and the food is great. They have dining with dignity. It is very nice, and it is a beautiful place. There is like a little snack bar where they can hang out. They always have cookies and tea out. It is like a little snack bar that is there in between meals. They have a beautiful sitting area. They have a library and a little den sitting area with a fireplace. They have a private dining room to use if you wanted to use it. They have great activities, and it is just a beautiful place. They keep the calendar full every month, and every day there is a series of different activities that they do. They do games and sing-alongs. They have musicians and other entertainment come in. There's constantly something going on. They do a great bingo session, and they have a pool table. At the main door, there is someone at the desk all of the time, and all of the other doors are monitored.

We had the hard decision of putting our Dad in an Assisted Living. After looking after several places we knew Eden Terrace was the place for him to call "Home." He is happy and content more importantly he feels safe. We love the staff. They check on him all the time.
