Overture Greenville 55+ Apartment Homes was an excellent community. The place was immaculate. I liked it. It's just that I couldn't afford the rent. The people were friendly. They seemed to try and provide social activities for the community, which was very nice. It's a very social place. The apartments were clean and up to date.

CARE ONLY A FEW ACTIVITIES NO SHUTTLE BUS OFFER TWO MONTHS FREE RENT TURNS OUT NO BALCONY AND NOISY TRY TO MOVE ACROSS THE HALL WANT THE FREE MONTHS RENT BACK FIRST ALLOW A DRINKING PARTY EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT A SMART PERSON WOULD GO TO ASSISTED LIVING NEED IT OR NOT BE CAUSE IT IS STAFFED 24 / 7 AND A NURSE ON DUTY AND WILL BRING YOUR MEDS DAILY AND REFILL THEM FOR YOU YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET OLD IN THIS PLACE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE

Overture Greenville 55+ Apartment Homes was wonderful. It was nice. Just that it wasn't what I needed for my dad. It's beautiful and the apartment was big, spacious, and modern. The staff was super friendly. They answered every question I had and followed up with me a couple of times. They were great. They have activities like water aerobics and some other things. They also have a big area for games.

I'm at Overture Greenville. This is a very nice place. It's extremely well kept up and very clean. They have a few activities which are nice, but I can't go because of my health situation. The management is very nice. I don't have a complaint at all. They have a brunch on Wednesday, but I can't go. On regular days, at 10:00, they have coffee and conversation, so you can go down there and get a snack and have coffee and chat with your friends. It's extremely nice. They have movies. It's a little expensive for me. It's not cheap by any means, but it's well kept up.

I liked everything about Overture Greenville 55+ Apartment Homes. It's just way over my budget, but the person who gave us the tour was wonderful. She was very thorough, she was very nice, she took us around, and she told us all about the place. They were wonderful, and it was a beautiful place with lots of activities. They have a game room where they get together, play cards, meet people, and socialize. There's a section where women get together, cook, or just interact, and they also have a men's night where men just get together, too, so that's very good. They have a dining room and entertainment that comes in, so I think that's wonderful. It's in a convenient location because it's right in the shopping malls here, so they can get out and just do anything they want to do, really.

My aunt and I toured Overture GVL at the showroom with Sherri. She was awesome! Sherri shared all floor plans, kept us up to date on the progress of the building, and made us feel like we were part of the community before we even moved in!! We were so excited when we were able to take an actual tour 😊 and there again she was very thorough and so friendly!! I would highly recommend!!!

I visited Overture Greenville for my mother-in-law, and I 100% loved it. It was great. Everybody was really friendly. They had it all, a hair salon, a library, a game room, a family room, and I think they had a theater. I was impressed about everything.
