My father was a resident there, and my family cannot say anything but thank-you for the excellant care and compassion that was provded to him and our family. The staff on pink hall are the best starting with Christy, Pam, Jan, Sherita, Gabby and the CNA'S . Granted there are a few that dont measure up,, but the ones named make up for what they dont do. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs placement for their loved ones., rest assured you can lay down and rest in peace at night knowing yoour loved one is being taken care of.

My mother is in Southpointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation (formerly Magnolia Place of Greenville). We're not fans. There are some good things about it, but she frequently has to wait a long time when she presses her button for help to go to the bathroom, and some of the CNAs who work there leave a little bit to be desired. The room is older, and she talks about how all the stuff in her room is basically the same as what it was when her mother was in the hospital in the 1960s. It's clean, but it's just older things. The food seems fine; she likes the food just fine. The therapy is in another area that we're not really happy with, and some of it could be her insurance. Sometimes they'll come and say they're coming back, and they'll not actually show up. When they do come, they frequently are only with her for maybe twenty minutes. They've also overlapped her physical therapy and occupational therapy, so they're there at the same time, and she's literally sometimes getting a total of twenty minutes' therapy each day.

Very poorly run. I have found two day old water beside my mothers bed still full. Do not trust nurses to do there job. They are simply there for a paycheck. Starts from the top and goes down to bottom how careless this place is.

My dad currently resides there on the front rehab hall. The staff and managers have been phenomenal! They're very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a few minor issues when my dad first arrived but the manager, Kelly, addressed the concerns immediately and we've had nothing but great things come from dad's stay. This is the 3rd place this year he's been but they are by far, hands down the best care he's gotten! Wish we would've come here first!

I had been to Magnolia Place of Greenville for my mother. They have excellent activities, computer games for memory care, chair dancing, and card games. The rooms were smaller and adequate, but it was an older facility. The staff was friendly and attentive. All of the people there knew everybody like friends.
