The facility is drab and depressing but since it was the only facility available (now I know why), my dad went there for one or two weeks of rehab because he had been in the hospital for 3 weeks and needed to get his strength back. I would be there for hours and no one ever came in to check on him. The woman in the room across the hall would be slumped over with her forehead resting on the table they served her food on for hours. After about 7 days my dad had great difficulty breathing and I realized his legs were 2 to 3 times normal size. Went to the nurse and she told me the doctor would be in in 3 days. I told her I was calling 911 if she didn’t do something. She checked his lungs and he was full of fluid. They had to call 911. Called the owner to question why no one noticed this before it got to that point. He was so rude and unprofessional. He actually asked me if I thought they had put the fluid in my dad. That’s how ignorant he is. His last remark to me was “If you don’t like it here don’t come back.” Don’t worry, I NEVER would. There are numerous other issues I had but just stay away from this place.

My dad had to spend some time at Robert's Health Center after a surgery for rehabilitation. Richard the owner has a great staff and facility. The medical staff, physical therapists, nurses, aids, kitchen workers did a wonderful job helping my dad recover from his surgery. The place is clean, and they are ready to help you whenever you reach out to them.

Roberts Health Center is a smaller facility, so there was a lot of individualized care. It was more home-like and not as institution-like. The people seemed very responsive, the place was clean, and everything seemed quite appropriate there.

I found the staff very unprofessional, rude and uncaring. There was and aide and nurse on third shift that was abusive to my father. When reporting this, they turned a blind eye and told me I didn't have power of attorney so they didn't want to talk to me. It shocked me how the staff treated the residents and family members. They only see dollar signs not a human being.

This is the most uncaring facility. Due to a very minor miscommunication between my father, a now ex patient and the facility he was forced to leave. My father who couldn't walk on his own was sent home from the facility because of miss information sent to his health coverage resulting in non coverage for his stay. My mother spoke to the director immediately after the miscommunication was discovered and she was told they would straighten it out. A few days later he is told he can't stay there and they refused to discuss it further. This morning my father fell at home while trying to get to a Drs appointment for radiation and is awaiting to see results from an MRI to see what damage has been done to his already damaged back from this fall. If he had been in the facility there would have been people there to assist him being moved. I'm just so disgusted by the uncaring treatment shown to my father. Clearly the director and staff have no conscious and only care about the all mighty dollar. Seeing your loved one treated this way when they are undergoing radiation for a tumor and fighting cancer is horrendously heartbreaking. I am completely disgusted with this uncaring heartless staff, no one even tried to speak on his behalf to help to straighten out the error. I will never ever recommend this facility to anyone ever.

My husband had his rehab at Roberts Health Center. They were very good. Their nurses, CNAs, and therapist were very good to my husband. The room was sufficient. I would definitely recommend them to others. They had people that came in and talked to you about the services there. They asked you for any suggestions or any problem that you had. They were just very good. They were very helpful. The food was very good. My husband was very pleased with it.
