Raquel interviewed my mother and suggested appropriate care, We had in home service twice a week, 4 hours each day. The caretakers were friendly, hard working and provided the family comfort knowing my mother had help twice a week. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism. "They were fine. The caregiver they found was good. She would take my wife and go out for lunch, which was good because it gave her time to go out of the house which she couldn't do before and it gave me time to do things. But probably there was a problem with the organization because I got a call from them and they told me that the woman who have been coming had been terminated. "

"I’ve had several caregivers from Homefront. They were all very good, polite, efficient and pleasant. The only problem I’ve had is that I had one caretaker who came quite often and because of that, I became very fond of her, and then she would start missing appointments and they had to send somebody new. So every time, there was a new one, I had to explain all kinds of things to them but they understood quickly and I had no trouble. Homefront provides a very good service and their purpose is, they try and keep elderly individuals in their home rather than go into a facility, and in my case they do that by coming here. They do my laundry, make my bed, clean my house and it enables me to continue living here rather than going to an assisted living facility. So that’s the purpose of their organization and I think they do it well. I was thinking of going into an assisted living program because I had a bad heart condition but I’m very glad that I didn’t. With the help of this agency, I get along very fine. I’ve already let them know that I have a high opinion of them and their program. "
