"My husband goes to New Horizons for day care and the staff seemed very good. They are flexible too. I don’t have any problems at all with any of the staff. They serve breakfast and lunch. My husband usually takes lunch there then I pick him up in the afternoon. "

"The Village at Waterman Lake is nice and very clean. It was around four or five miles from my place. I didn’t consider it because of the travelling and it gets pretty bad in the winter. The area is up on a hill. It is so pleasant, it’s like country. They have rehab and I know people were pleased with the rehab there. The staff is very nice. The rooms are OK but I didn’t go into a lot of the rooms. They always have something going on there and the food is very good. They also have a daycare. "

"The caretakers at Forest Farm were all very friendly and seemed to have the best interest for my family member. The layout of the facility was particularly nice and had some great activity rooms for my family member. The one thing that I was concerned with was the cost of keeping my family member there and it was actually very affordable. The facility also provides great meals and the staff seemed to have excellent training. They also provide activities such as exercising and therapy sessions for my family member. They also provided music, tv and games which keeps my family member busy. I think I made the right choice with this facility and it has been great to deal with during a very difficult time for our family. Overall I have been very satisfied with my experience and feel my family member enjoys her stay there and will continue to use this facility in the future. "

"They were very kind, very warm. I had no complaints. I came there twice and they had explained everything. It's a little bit older building, but they are going to be refurbishing. The had a lot of activites. I was pleased with it as a whole and I would recommend it to others. "

"La Bella Vida is really beautiful and really nice. I love the people there. The only problem is it's a Spanish day care. It's supposed to be for all races. They were not translating things in English. I got fed up in asking them to say it in English. I don't understand anything that was going around me so I quit. They had the pool table, arts and crafts, bingo, TV, and dominoes. They have trips out once a week and exercise. I have only used them for a few months. They gave you a very small breakfast, a big lunch, and a snack. The one thing is they don't have on-site cooking. They have the food shipped in so you got everything ice cold. It is like when they gave you an egg, it was freezing ice cold. They need a translator. They had a girl there in the beginning working with them, and she was doing things in English. They forced her out, and she quit. They hired a Spanish girl to take her place, but every member of the staff was Spanish. "

"To tell you the truth about Active Day, it is a fantastic adult care center. We are all taken care of very well. I feel very safe where I am when I am there. There is lots of crafts, games,coloring,music, bingo and my favorite karaoke and much more. We are all very well listened to and they will meet us at our level! "
