We're using Senior Helpers Southeastern Massachusetts. It did take a couple of days to get organized, but they've got me help for my mom. They come in twice a week now, and everything is working out very nicely. They offer all these services for home care, and I'm just using companion care and maybe some light housework from them, but everything is working very nicely. I'm using them for six hours a day. No medical whatsoever, it's just some light housework if she needs it and more companion care. Pricing is maybe a little on the high side. It is $34 an hour, but I have very few options, and that's why I am using them. After my inquiry, they responded within a few hours, so that was very nice. And the people I've dealt with have been very nice. Going through their process was very easy, and the people they had come in have been very, very helpful.

I hired Senior Helpers Southeastern Massachusetts for my husband. I have had 3 different caregivers from them. They took him outside for a walk, they help him go to the bathroom and they did a little housework for me. The one I had last Thursday was a very knowledgeable caregiver and very experienced. I am mostly happy with the service, although it's not a hundred percent. I would like to meet the caregiver first, because it's kind of difficult because when a new person is coming I didn't know anything about them.
