After making a casual inquiry regarding home health care for an elderly relative through A Place for Mom, these people called me. I spoke to them briefly and informed them that we were not interested in hiring them. They then started calling me on both my home phone and cell phone repeatedly despite my telling them to stop calling me. In my opinion, they either practice harassing hard-sell tactics or they are so unorganized that they don't follow requests to cease calling people. Either way, I would not entrust these people to care for a plastic plant never mind a living person.
