The environment at Genesis Regional Office Central is very good. The people are very friendly and attentive. The social worker would call to give me updates on the status of my grandmother. One time she had a rash and they called me up to let me know the treatments that they were doing for her. The facility is also very clean. They serve her meals and checks on her every day. I�m very happy with them.
